A MyWeb Access badge links to its own verification record. The token is the last part of that address — everything after the final slash. It is also printed in the guide that ships with the badge.

There is no browsable index of issued badges on this page. A token is the only way in, which is what the random characters at the end of it are for — a client who has not asked to be listed is not discoverable.
Why no scope is shown
A verification record should state what was tested and how. This page is a lookup rather than a record, so there is nothing here to state — enter a token to see one.
